free parking was available, which i found acceptable.
The room was much too small, so i felt cramped. there was no air conditioning. The window only opened slightly. the location wasn't great. It felt mostly residential.

poor insulationearly vacuuming
The noise insulation was REALLY poor! Staff started vacuuming the hallways early, around 8 am. This woke me up every day and conversations echoed through the corridors. I understand cleaning needs to be done but some consideration WHO want to sleep in would be nice.

I found the free parking convenient. breakfasts were really good, with choices. dinners were also tasty. The staff displayed really good service throughout my stay.
The bathroom had a glass door with small gaps. Sounds carried into the bedroom.

The staff was friendly. I booked a couple of tours, and they picked me up from this location. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee and water. I found that very nice.
The room was quite small. The window only opened a crack. The hotel is mostly in a residential area. I found this somewhat limiting.
